1. ATI's field application engineer will visit the customer site and record the first information report(current use of disc, machine, materials grade, welding grade), then they submit it to our QC team. After careful review of report, the QC team will suggest the suitable samples.
2. With suggested samples, ATI field application engineer will conduct the sample testing at customer site and then take the feedback, if its positive feedback the stored records for particular samples would be freezed and shall continue for future orders.
